1. Introductory Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “Terms”) govern the rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer in the purchase of goods in the online store “Čau mami, stále žijem.” at www.caumamistalezijem.sk.

- E-mail: info@caumamistalezijem.sk

- Buyer means a natural or legal person who submits an order. A consumer is a buyer who is not acting within the scope of their business.
- Goods means the products offered in the online store (hoodies, T-shirts and other pieces).
Relationships not governed by these Terms are governed by Slovak law, in particular Act No. 40/1964 Coll., the Civil Code, Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection and Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on Electronic Commerce. The contract is concluded in the Slovak language. Translations of the Terms into other languages are for information purposes only; in the event of any discrepancy, the Slovak version shall prevail.
2. Order and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract
Goods are ordered exclusively through the online store: the buyer adds the goods to the cart, fills in their details at checkout, selects a shipping method, reads these Terms and submits the order by clicking the button indicating an obligation to pay.
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment the seller's order confirmation is delivered to the buyer's e-mail address. The confirmation contains a summary of the order, and these Terms are available on the website. The order and the invoice are archived by the seller, and the buyer receives them by e-mail.
Drop pieces agreed via Instagram: reserved pieces may be purchased only by the person with whom they were agreed. When ordering, that person shall state their Instagram name and the agreed combination of product, color and size.
The seller may refuse or cancel an order before the goods are dispatched if the goods cannot be produced or delivered, or if there was an obvious error in the price or description. The seller shall inform the buyer of this by e-mail without undue delay and refund the amount paid within 14 days.
3. Price and Payment
Prices of goods are stated in euros. The seller is not registered for VAT; prices are final. The shipping price is displayed in the cart and at checkout before the order is submitted.
Goods are paid for in advance, when the order is submitted, by payment card (Visa, Mastercard and others) via the Stripe payment gateway. Depending on the device, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link is also available. Payment card details are processed exclusively by Stripe; the seller does not see them.
After payment, the buyer receives an electronic invoice (tax document) by e-mail.
4. Production and Delivery of Goods
Each piece is produced only after it has been ordered. We usually dispatch goods within 2 to 3 weeks of payment, and no later than 30 days, unless otherwise stated for the product. We inform the buyer of dispatch by e-mail.
We deliver goods via Packeta to pickup points and Z-BOXes in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, which the buyer selects at checkout. We do not currently deliver to other countries.
If the seller fails to deliver the goods within the agreed period, the buyer shall request delivery within an additional reasonable period. If the buyer does not receive the goods within that period either, the buyer may withdraw from the contract, and the seller shall refund everything the buyer has paid without undue delay.
When collecting the parcel, we recommend checking the packaging. If the parcel is visibly damaged, report this when collecting it at the pickup point and let us know by e-mail.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods)
A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which the consumer or a person designated by the consumer takes over the goods. The goods are produced in standard sizes and colors and are not goods made to the consumer's specific requirements; therefore, the right of withdrawal applies to all pieces.
- It is sufficient to give notice of withdrawal by an unequivocal statement, for example by e-mail to info@caumamistalezijem.sk. You may also use the model form below. The withdrawal period is met if you send the notice before it expires.
- Send the goods to the address of the seller's business premises no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
- The seller shall refund all payments, including delivery costs (in the amount of the cheapest delivery method offered), within 14 days from the day on which the notice of withdrawal was delivered to the seller, using the same payment method the consumer used. The seller is not obliged to refund the payment before the goods have been delivered to the seller or the consumer has provided proof of sending them.
- The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their characteristics (for example wearing, washing, removed tags).
6. Model Withdrawal Form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)
- To: the seller identified in Section 1 of these Terms, e-mail info@caumamistalezijem.sk
- I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the following goods:
- Order number:
- Date of order / date of receipt of goods:
- First name and last name:
- Address:
- Account number (IBAN) or original payment method for the refund:
- Date and signature (only if this form is submitted on paper):
7. Liability for Defects and Complaints
The seller is liable for defects that the goods have upon receipt and for defects that occur within 24 months of receipt. The procedure for filing and handling complaints is governed by the Complaints Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Personal Data Protection
We process buyers' personal data only to the extent necessary to process the order and to fulfill legal obligations. Details are provided in the Privacy Policy (GDPR) document on this website.
9. Dispute Resolution and Supervision
If a consumer is not satisfied with the way the seller handled their complaint, or believes that the seller has violated their rights, the consumer may contact the seller by e-mail with a request for redress. If the seller rejects the request or does not respond to it within 30 days, the consumer may submit a petition to initiate alternative dispute resolution to an alternative dispute resolution entity under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution, in particular the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia) (www.soi.sk). The list of such entities is maintained by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. This is without prejudice to the right to bring the matter before a court.
Supervision of the seller's compliance with its obligations is carried out by the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Prievozská 32, 827 99 Bratislava, www.soi.sk.
10. Final Provisions
These Terms are valid and effective from 16. 10. 2026. The contract is governed by the version of the Terms in force at the time the order is submitted. The seller may amend these Terms; an amendment does not affect contracts already concluded.
